The Detail Person LLC is a HUB-certified web services firm based in Austin, TX. 

Pat Scherer, Founder/CEO

Pat's 20 year software development career began at IBM. She led product initiatives for OS/2 and LAN Server and authored the IBM LAN Server Sourcebook (1996, John Wiley). In 1999, Pat began a series of online payment and e-commerce projects with Citicorp, American Express, Visa and CyberSource. Her most recent work includes leading redesign/deployment of the Scott & White Health Plan website (www.swhp.org), AMF.com with 290 localized Center websites, and more than a dozen mobile websites for 3Seventy, AT&T, HP, AMF and Young America. Pat received her MBA in Industrial Management from the University of North Texas and Post- graduate certification in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin.
